1. Acceptance

By using vaultaxr.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Purchases

All purchases are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective, in which case contact info@vaultaxr.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Digital purchases grant you a non-transferable personal-use license; you may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the files without written permission.

3. Digital downloads

Download links are signed and expire 72 hours after purchase. Save your files when you receive them. If a link expires before you download, email info@vaultaxr.com with your order number and we'll issue a fresh link.

4. Physical merchandise

Shipping times depend on carrier and destination. We're not responsible for lost or delayed packages after they leave our fulfillment partner, but we'll help you track them down — email info@vaultaxr.com.

5. Intellectual property

All music, artwork, photography, videos, logos, and written content on this site are owned by AntiK, Raphael, or VAULT AXR and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, sample, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User conduct

Don't:

• Attempt to breach security or probe for vulnerabilities
• Scrape or mass-download content
• Submit false, harassing, or illegal content via any form
• Impersonate AntiK, Raphael, or VAULT AXR

7. Disclaimers

Vaultaxr.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content is always accurate or up-to-date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAULT AXR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VAULT AXR is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
